Kim....first let me say, she is so incredibly beautiful! (I think that all of my emails to you start off that way!) Second, as a single parent and now empty nester....I completely understand and trust me, you are not alone and you are most definitely NOT a bad parent. It's almost sad yet funny that going to the store to purchase a mattress is a fun outing (I had to laugh)! I certainly don't miss those days, yet, now that all of my children are gone, I really do miss those days. You will have days like that but it does get better and it will get better once Phil is home to help with the day to day activities. I miss you and just keep taking one day at a time.
